RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When withdrawing, the consumer may, but does not have to, state the reasons for withdrawal.

The statement of withdrawal from a distance selling contract becomes legally effective from the day it is sent to AU NORAPHARM.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or an exchange for another product. The amount paid is refunded to the consumer upon receipt of the product, after it is determined that the product is undamaged and correct. The consumer is obliged to return the product without delay and no later than 14 days from the day they sent the withdrawal form. If the 14 day period from the day the withdrawal was sent expires, the product can no longer be returned.

When returning goods, it is mandatory to return them in correct and unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging, with the original receipt included. Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The consumer is responsible for any defect or damage to the product resulting from inadequate handling, i.e., the consumer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the product resulting from handling the goods in a way that is not adequate or exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality. If it is determined that there is a defect or damage to the product due to the consumer's fault, the refund of the amount paid will be refused, and the product will be returned to them at their expense.

The merchant is obliged to refund the amount paid by the consumer under the contract without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of the withdrawal statement, after receiving the product. The cost of returning the goods and money is borne by the consumer, except in cases where the consumer receives a defective or incorrect item. The law does not provide for the return of the following goods: goods that are subject to deterioration or have a short shelf life, sealed goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

In the case of returning goods or refunding funds to the consumer who previously made payment by one of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, AU NORAPHARM, as the seller, is obliged to refund exclusively via DINA, VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the request of AU NORAPHARM, make the refund to the cardholder's account, and if the goods were paid in cash upon receipt, to the account provided to AU NORAPHARM during the withdrawal from the contract.
