The terms of use and sale define the rules that allow consumers to purchase products from our offer. We reserve the right to change the Terms of Use and Sale in accordance with new elements of the offer and/or legal regulations, which is why the consumer should particularly check the information regarding the Terms of Use and Sale before each purchase.
Based on the provisions of the CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW ('Official Gazette of RS', No. 88/2021), the PHARMACY INSTITUTION 'NORAPHARM' informs its consumers who purchase goods via the internet application www.rori.app.
- that the sale of goods through the internet application www.rori.app is conducted within the registered activity of the PHARMACY INSTITUTION 'NORAPHARM', located in Belgrade-Kaludjerica, Grocka, Vojvode Stepe Stepanovića 9/lok 1, registration number 17907484, VAT number 110138757, contact: 011-4513-801, address for complaints: Kronštatska 5, Belgrade, email: online@norapharm.rs.
- that the main features of the goods can be found on the website www.rori.rs
- that according to the CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW ('Official Gazette of RS', No. 88/2021), the purchase of products through our website www.rori.rs is considered distance selling;
- that the goods sold through the website www.rori.rs have the properties necessary for regular use of that type of goods in accordance with its purpose as defined in the Instructions;
- that the conformity of the goods with the contract is determined SOLELY according to the characteristics and purpose of the goods as defined in the accompanying Instructions.
- that the selling price of the goods, which includes VAT, is indicated next to each product, while the price of delivery/shipping is not included and is borne by the consumer;
- DELIVERY COST:
the regular delivery price is 199 dinars.
If the order amount is below 999 dinars, there is an additional delivery charge for a small order in the amount of 129 dinars.
If the order is placed after 21:00, an additional delivery charge of 79 dinars is applied.
If the order is delivered during bad weather, an additional delivery charge of 59 dinars is applied.
If the order is placed on weekends and holidays, an additional delivery charge of 99 dinars is applied.
For orders over 10,999 dinars, the PHARMACY INSTITUTION 'NORAPHARM' provides free delivery to the consumer;
- Order delivery is carried out by employees or engaged persons of the PHARMACY INSTITUTION 'NORAPHARM' and is performed on the same day the order is placed, unless the buyer specifies otherwise within the application.
- that the purchase of goods with special price benefits and/or special sales incentives (promotional sales), if available, is carried out in accordance with the terms published on the website www.rori.app;
- that the consumer can pay for goods purchased via the site www.rori.rs www.rori.app by:
cash, i.e., cash on delivery at the time of receiving the goods;
payment cards during the purchase on the site, with the delivery costs included in the final price paid by the buyer;
- that by pressing the COMPLETE ORDER button while creating the order form, the consumer assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods;
- that if the consumer does not want to keep the received goods, they have the right to withdraw from the contract and get a refund of the paid amount within 14 days, as defined here;
- that for goods ordered via the website, the consumer has the right to file a complaint about an already used product in the manner defined for goods purchased through the website.
- In case of returning goods and refunding the amount to the buyer who previously paid by any of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, the PHARMACY INSTITUTION 'NORAPHARM' is obliged to refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, and Dinacard payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the amount to the user's payment card account.
- Immediately before initiating the payment of the order, and after completing the ordering process, the PHARMACY INSTITUTION 'NORAPHARM' is obliged to clearly and unambiguously present the order specification to the consumer, i.e., the list of ordered goods/services, the quantity of individual goods/services ordered with individual prices and the total price of the ordered goods/services, with VAT or a VAT statement clearly indicated, as well as the unique order identification number (OID) if available, and to ensure the explicit and unambiguous consent of the consumer that they are familiar with the business terms of the PHARMACY INSTITUTION 'NORAPHARM'
The PHARMACY INSTITUTION 'NORAPHARM' has the right to cancel orders, by sending an email notification to the consumer, if there was an obvious technical error in setting the product price on the website, for example, instead of 10,000 RSD, the price is listed as 100 RSD, and similar.
You can choose:
- cash on delivery at the moment of delivery
If you choose cash on delivery, at the last step before confirming the purchase, you are obliged to pay the courier on the spot when the package is delivered to your address. Please note that the courier may not have small change to give you back, so try to have the exact amount for payment indicated in the order confirmation you received. The cost of delivery payment is indicated in the section (DELIVERY COST)
payment by credit cards during the purchase process on the site
If you choose to pay by credit card (VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, and Dinacard) online, at the last step before confirming the purchase, the system will redirect you to the secure link of OTP bank ad Beograd, where you will enter your credit card details. The total amount and shipment number are automatically entered and cannot be changed.
When entering your credit card details, confidential information is transmitted in a protected (encrypted) form. The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the card acquirer Raiffeisen bank ad, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's pages. At no point are credit card details available to our system.
It is forbidden for the PHARMACY INSTITUTION 'NORAPHARM' to sell, order, provide or exchange consumer data or credit card information in any form to third parties, except to the bank or relevant state authorities.
Personal and address data of consumers provided to the PHARMACY INSTITUTION 'NORAPHARM' during the purchase process are considered a business secret.
A consumer dispute can be resolved through the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure. As a trader, we are obliged to inform you that we are legally required to participate in this procedure. Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is carried out in a transparent, efficient, prompt, and fair manner, before a body for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution. The Ministry compiles a list of bodies and publicly announces it. It is available at the address ADR (must.gov.rs).
The procedure before the body can only be initiated by the consumer if they have previously filed a complaint or objection to the trader. The consumer loses the right to submit a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution one year after the date of (unsuccessful) filing of the complaint. Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution can last up to 90 days from the date of submitting the proposal.
Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is not applied, among other things:
- in consumer disputes that are the subject of the Consumer Protection Act, if out-of-court dispute resolution is regulated by a special law, especially in the field of providing electronic communication services, postal services, financial services, except for financial agreements, travel services;
- for resolving disputes through procedures established by the trader;
- for direct negotiations between the consumer and the trader;
- for attempts to reconcile parties in a dispute in litigation;
- in procedures initiated by the trader against the consumer.
Each party in the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure bears its own costs (representation costs, travel expenses, etc.). The work of the body for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is free of charge for the parties in the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure.
