This protein drink is made through a proper pasteurization process; centrifuge, vacuum evaporation in which a large part of the water in the milk is removed. Concentrated skimmed milk forms the basis of our product, which makes it unique on the market, because the protein is obtained from milk and not from whey, which is obtained through a single process of processed milk for the needs of the dairy industry.
