Khan Yaki is a perforated patch containing capsaicin (a substance isolated from hot peppers) that exhibits a long-lasting thermal effect. At the site of application, it increases the temperature of the skin and causes increased blood circulation with increased redness that leads to a pleasant feeling of warmth. It is used as a local remedy to relieve pain, tension and stiffness in muscles, joints and bones.
